Arisen from the Analytical Instrumentation Department of the Heraeus technology group, we incorporate more than 120 years of experience in the development and manufacturing of analyzers for organic elemental analysis. Today’s portfolio of organic elemental analyzers includes a wide range of instruments based on the safe, simple, and eco-friendly high-temperature combustion principle with furnace temperatures well above 1,000 °C. Our proven furnace technology guarantees complete quantitative conversion of the sample to measuring gas – a prerequisite for highly precise elemental analysis. Another feature that many of our organic elemental analyzers share is our patented ball valve technology for blank-free sample transfer. Thanks to the outstanding robustness and longevity of the design and the components used, we grant a 10-year guarantee on the high-temperature combustion furnace and the thermal conductivity detector cell of the thermal conductivity detector (TCD) for most of our elemental analyzers.
Our analyzers for organic elemental analysis cover all kinds of different applications and can reliably measure even the most challenging C:N elemental ratios of up to 12,000:1 thanks to our proprietary Advanced Purge and Trap (APT) technology. All analyzers are designed to simplify daily routine operation and to reduce maintenance to a minimum.
