Maintenance for best performance

Regular maintenance of your instrument will enhance its operability and service life. Thus, we offer you tailor-made maintenance agreements with a variety of packages. In addition to increased instrument uptime, you will also benefit from reduced expenditure on repairs and will be able to plan operating costs more easily.

 

Maintenance agreements may be concluded at the start of the guarantee period or immediately afterwards. If there is a gap of one or more years between the end of the guarantee period and the requested start of the maintenance agreement, the price of the maintenance agreement will be adjusted accordingly.

Additional services for maintenance contracts

We also offer the following additional services in conjunction with one of our maintenance packages:

 

  • System validation: Operational Qualification (OQ) in the course of maintenance incl. documentation

  • Instruction and training on the instrument: Elementar carries out another instruction and training session on the analyser on one occasion during the period of the agreement (e.g. if your personnel changes)
