Should you encounter any problems with one our products, our engineers are happy to travel to your location to deliver a rapid resolution to your issue and bring your instrument into good working order. If your laboratory requires a rapid response in the case of breakdown then purchasing one of our maintenance agreements will ensure a priority response. Our engineers are also available to perform routine preventative maintenance work on all of our products ensuring that any issues are dealt with before they cause any serious problems.
