The rapid MAX N exceed offers fast nitrogen and protein determination in only 5 minutes per sample. In conjunction with its 90 position autosampler which allows for unattended 24/7 operation, up to 300 samples per day can be measured. The analysis of urgent samples can be prioritized any time without adjusting loaded samples.

Simplified sample preparation: Large weighing ranges & sample volumes

Samples are weighed into reusable and robust steel crucibles with a large capacity of 5 g/ml. This saves valuable time in sample preparation, because grinding or milling can often be omitted. Also liquid or pasty samples are directly inserted into the crucible, avoiding time-consuming sample wrapping.

Comfortable, easy use: Tool-free maintenance

The rapid MAX N exceed guarantees fast maintenance thanks to clearly arranged, easily accessible system components, tool-free clamp connections, and pre-filled tubes. A comfortable working posture during maintenance is ensured by the slide-out furnace. The outstanding robustness and longevity of the instrument reduce efforts for maintenance and repairs.

All our analyzers include a 10-year guarantee on the high-temperature combustion furnace and thermal conductivity detector cell of the thermal conductivity detector (TCD). With our well-known, long-term ortiented dedication to technical support, we provide spare parts for a minimum of 10 years after the end of production. Lowest cost per sample: Less consumables thanks to EAS REGAINER® Technology

With the rapid N exceed®'s EAS REGAINER® Technology, costs for reducing metals are greatly reduced: The reducing agent EAS REDUCTOR® is regenerated during each combustion phase by the inexpensive EAS REGAINER® so that the instrument can be used for the analysis of up to 2,000 samples before the plug-and-play pre-filled EAS REDUCTOR® tube needs to be replaced. Furthermore, the use of CO₂ as carrier gas reduces the cost per sample in comparison to the use of Helium.

The rapid N exceed® offers the fastest nitrogen and protein determination in less than four minutes. Samples are weighed into tin capsules and then placed onto the sample carousel. The sample carousel is reloadable at any time and offers automated analysis for measurements of up to 300 samples per day.
