The training program will teach you how to use your analyzer correctly and efficiently, enabling you to get the maximum out of your analyzer. After completing the training program, you will be able to

The training program consists of three levels, which are sequential and build on the knowledge gained in the lower levels. All courses of the training program are online courses. Level 1 and 2 can be completed any time, but must be completed before the live level 3 online course takes place at the end of August / beginning of September 2021. The goals for this course are that the participant will:
Be able to use the software to analyze samples and process results.
Be able to prepare samples for analysis.
Be able to assess system readiness.
After purchasing access to an online course, you can log in with your user data and start the training any time.
On average, it takes one hour to complete this training course.
The completion of the level 1 user training enables you to access the level 2 user training.

The goals for this course are that the participant will:
Know the basic principles of analysis and analyzer function.
Be able to select appropriate sample size and analysis method.
Be able to perform routine maintenance.
Be able to troubleshoot routine problems, including leaks, blockages, and exhausted chemicals.
After purchasing access to an online course, you can log in with your user data and start the training any time.
On average, it takes 2 hours to complete this training course.
The completion of the level 2 user training enables you to attend the level 3 user training.

Be able to perform annual maintenance.
Be able to appropriately adjust analyzer system settings.
Be able to generate custom methods that improve performance.

Please note that both user trainings level 1 and 2 must be completed before user training level 3 can be attended.
On average, it takes 1 hour to complete training level 1 and 2 hours to complete training level 2.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds if the initial courses are not completed on time.
